2.) Complete Your Profile Accurately

Provide your full legal name as it appears on official documents.
Select your rank/position and preferred vessel type.
Fill out personal information, sea service, and certifications accurately.

3.) Upload Updated Documents

Upload clear copies (PDF or image) of:

Seaman’s Book
Certificates (STCW, COPs, Licenses, etc.)
Medical Certificate
Resume/CV (if available)

Ensure documents are valid and not expired.

4.) Keep Your Profile Updated

Update your sea service and documents regularly.
Make sure contact information is current.

5.) Use a Professional Photo

Upload a recent, passport-style photo in uniform or professional attire.
Avoid selfies or casual pictures.

6.) Be Honest and Transparent

Do not falsify information or submit fake documents.
Employers verify all details before hiring.

7.) Check Job Listings Regularly

Log in frequently to apply for new job postings.
Use filters to find jobs matching your experience and preferences.

8.) Enable Notifications

Turn on email or SMS notifications to receive job alerts and updates.
